• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for any malicious or illegal purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Report any security vulnerabilities you discover in our platform

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use SecureScan to:

• Scan systems without proper authorization
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks
• Distribute malware or malicious code

• Engage in any activity that disrupts our services

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

SecureScan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
